A long long time ago…cargobikes didn’t have motors, they had big back gear sprockets and a rider (often female) with a steely determination. With the introduction of the motor, cargobikes have become more prevalent and also their value has increased, with those two factors, the theft of parts and accessories has also risen, and now the UK is (unfortunately) catching up with Europe for thefts…so its more important than ever to be :

a) protected (and i have some ideas in our shop for that,)

but also

b) insured… there are several good Ebike/cargobike insurers out there and my customers discuss and feedback to me about them, these are the one i have good feedback from. they all offer different things, work different ways even….so i introduce them to you to look at and let chose whats best for you, rather than me just plug you the scheme that gives me the biggest card at Christmas.

This page is a work in progress, with so much information to take in, i thought it best to have a page which lists all the good insurance providers and we/you can build up an idea of the differences between them.
