we have experience with Daum and Impulse motors, we see quite a few come along with noise or low power issues, some are easy fixes, some more serious. We have spoken with Gazelle and Kalkoff a lot about these motors, we have the official diagnostic and programming tools uploaded with the latest software, and have the backup from the factory. We can supply and fit new Impulse 2.3 motors (and RS/Ultra) as repair and we will also discuss with Kalkhoff motor issues within a 2 or 3 year period of you buying the bike, Kalkhoff want you to be happy, as do we, so we work together to see how to reduce the stress of repair. We offer a warranty with all of our installs and look at not just your motor but also the drive train as a whole to maximise life of your motor, your hub gear (if fitted) and to give you that floaty smooth flying machine feeling back.
